How to Complete This Course
This is a two-step certification: governance assessment then logbook peer review.
- Click Governance Assessment below to open the lesson
- Complete the 50-question governance quiz (80% pass mark, unlimited retakes)
- Click Mark Complete at the bottom of the lesson
- The logbook upload lesson will unlock
- Download the Sedation Practice Logbook if you have not already
- Complete a minimum of 20 cases over a minimum of 3 weeks with senior SOSPOSA sign-off
- Upload your completed logbook for peer review by Dr Peter Kanellos
On approval you earn 10 Clinical CPD points, appear in the Practitioner Directory, and qualify for enhanced Shield insurance discounts. Certificate valid for 5 years (once-off). SOSPOSA submits your CPD points to the HPCSA portal automatically.
